Precisely what is a Christian Marriage ?
"We tend to be confessed Christian believers that have chosen to enter in to married life." Is there even more to actually clearly define holy matrimony?
It is critical to learn God's Word that we all may better see the foundation of holy matrimony as He fashioned it. I am convinced that one explanation for why we are now hit a brick wall in marriage is because we do not possess God's vision for it.
Let us take a glance at Ephesians 2:21-32 in answering the essential problem mentioned above.

Ephesians 5:21-32 (Today's New International Version)
Advice for Christian Homes
21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, people have never hated their own bodies, but they feed and care for them, just as Christ does the church- 30 for we are members of his body. 31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” 32 This is a profound mystery-but I am talking about Christ and the church.

This particular passage presents an uncomplicated commandment for any Christian Marriage:
• Wives: Submit to your own husband.
• Husbands: Love your wives in the same manner Jesus loved the church.
I found it enlightening that God set simply no conditions on the commandment for each mate. It is necessary to remember that we are going to each be held responsible for our individual behavior. Not to be able to justify the women by any means, but unfortunately I believe one particular reason why several ladies have a problem with submission is caused by the reality that a number of us men do not love just as Christ.
Not one of us have always been successful with satisfying this Christian Marriage condition, but it surely has to be a goal we try to achieve each day. It is one of the main distinct factors from any "worldly marriage".

Challenge: Verbally communicate to your husband or wife that you'd like to spend the following 1 week paying closer attention to reaching your own God-given responsibility. Keep your own journal with main experiences meant for assessment at the conclusion of the week.
